Celine bags are limited, if you own one, you might be able to sell it for a higher price than retail. Some people simply wait in the list, buy it and then put it on Ebay for much higher price.

I just bought a medium Trapeze for CHF 2000 (April 2013). Last summer I bought a Phantom in suede for CHF 1700.
Also I learned today that the medium luggage bag (i guess they were medium, looked like regular size) costs between CHF 2200 – 2600 depending on the leather. Hopefully useful info for those who consider buying it.

The Prada saf. is not comparable to the Celine, especially the phantom with extended wings. you will hv a totaly different style if you pick other colors and hw.
And is def. not comparable to the givency antigona tote and proenza. I would rather buy Celine (classic and legendary bag), especially beause there are so much demand. If you can’t wait for the list, then buy the givency or proenza.
