I just bought a medium Trapeze for CHF 2000 (April 2013). Last summer I bought a Phantom in suede for CHF 1700.
Also I learned today that the medium luggage bag (i guess they were medium, looked like regular size) costs between CHF 2200 – 2600 depending on the leather. Hopefully useful info for those who consider buying it.

in the Givenchy Antigona the large tote in particular. the dream would be the one with the rose gold hardware, but i would be more than happy to settle with the plain black!

The Prada saf. is not comparable to the Celine, especially the phantom with extended wings. you will hv a totaly different style if you pick other colors and hw.
And is def. not comparable to the givency antigona tote and proenza. I would rather buy Celine (classic and legendary bag), especially beause there are so much demand. If you can’t wait for the list, then buy the givency or proenza.

I can only give you indication for this, the mini luggage in grainy leather was recorded at €1,250 in the Netherlands. the price is from last year, so you could guess it’s now around €1,300 – € 1,400.
I came back from Europe about three weeks ago and bought my Celine Mini Luggage in Paris. It was €1,700 with a 12% tax refund.
They had very few options though so it’s best to buy if you see one you like on the spot. There were two other customers eyeing the one I was trying on and it was the last piece. I was also asked three times by passersby who saw me with the Celine paperbag where they can locate the shop. If you circle around to think about it, chances are the one you have your eye on would have been snapped up when you return.

I got the orange calf leather (grainy) one. There was also a grey Mini in smooth leather but I wasn’t so keen on that ‘cos of how much easier it’d be to get scratched. On second thought, probably should have considered that given it’s slightly less prone to slouching than my grainy one. The wings are starting to give in and lose abit of shape.
I didn’t see any Nanos there though – but that could be because I was too focused on the Mini!
I did see a trapeze and phantom, and a couple of tri-coloured Minis. Didn’t ask for the prices though.
I really like the orange calf leather, but the losing shape part is a bit disappointing. There’s is not much choices when it comes to Celine, when you spot a nice bag, you need to buy it at spot, or you might never see it again.

Celine trapeze come with two sizes, small and medium. I love them both, but I would rather have the small one, then the medium one.
The small size comes with a long detatachable strap and I really love that. The difference also lies in the clasp, the size is the same in the small and the medium trapeze bag.
