In the 2000s, the Hermes Herbag was discontinued and was only reintroduced in 2009 as the Hermes Herbag Zip Bag. The Herbag Zip Bag is the 2nd generation design. The original Hermes Herbag comes with 2 handbags – the backpack and the normal bag. To change the backpack to a normal bag, you need to unscrew the silver bar and take the big bag off. Then you will need to thread on the smaller bag and screw the silver bar back on. It sounds difficult, but it’s an easy process.
