The Louis Vuitton Sac Tricot Bag is introduced for the Cruise 2019 Collection. The name Sac Tricot literally means knit bag. The design is inspired by a handbag that was made to hold knitting tools in 1934. So it’s a classic bag brought back to live thanks to Nicolas Ghesquière.

The uniqueness about the Sac Tricot Bag is the shape. I think it’s also the first thing anyone would notice. This handbag has a long width shape, but it’s short in length.

From the side, the bag is crafted in triangle shape. The zip opens from the top and it comes with a signature lock.

You can wear the bag in multiple ways. The 2 hinged toron handles can be used for hand carry or you can use the removable hexagonal link chain strap for shoulder carry. This chain strap can be removed.

For this season, there are two leather options. Either choose the Epi leather or the shimmering Monogram Vernis Patent leather.
