Junk Condition (Rank D)
Make sure the bag is not a D-rank bag. A D-rank bag is non-functional or in junk condition. A C-rank bag can still be used; it’s functional and can be worn. But a Rank D bag is not functional. It has a lost or broken zipper, or a strap that is about to snap and break.
