In our previous Price Increase Report Nov 2017 Part 2, we calculated the price increase of the classic handbags in the US. However, the Classic Quilted WOC hasn’t increased at all, so we wondered why? Now we know, it’s being delayed.
The Mysterious Chanel Classic Quiled WOC Prices
“Tran: ‘I heard that the WOC price will be $2500 starting this January’.”Just a week ago, Tran warned us about the Chanel Classic Quilted WOC price increase in the US. The current price of the Classic Quilted WOC is $2100 USD, but some of her friends were already paying $2500 for the same bag. So again, we wondered why?We noticed that there might be some mistake at Chanel because the Classic Quilted WOC in the Signature Collection at Chanel’s Website was priced at $2500 USD. And that while the Classic Quilted WOC in the Seasonal Collection was priced at $2100 USD. The same bag, the same style code, but different prices.Here’s what we think: either the classic colors are already price increased to $2500 USD or the seasonal colors are now temporary priced at $2100 USD. But either way, we think that Chanel will soon increase all Chanel Classic Quilted WOC prices to $2500 USD soon. It would be silly not to!

Not only did the Classic Quilted WOC prices increased in the US, but also the Boy WOC. The good news is that the Classic Boy Bag prices remained the same (well, for now).The Boy WOC prices also increased in countries like Hong Kong, Singapore and mostly in Japan by 7.6%.

The Boy Wallet prices have been increased in Japan and Singapore, but not the US. Some other countries have also been affected like Hong Kong, UK, Australia, Malaysia, but not all types of the Boy Wallets.
