Marc Jacobs The Box Bag

The box bags are the next big thing. It is like the backpack trend we had a few years ago. And so MJ created the Marc Jacobs The Box Bag. The idea is inspired by the classic lunchbox that were so useful when we were at elementary and high school. But anyways, this Box Bag is quite distinctive due to the fresh design. Let’s talk about that.

The Design

When looking at The Box Bag, the eyes move first to the Marc Jacobs logo. It’s embellished in medium-size but stands-out due to the highlight and bold shade.

The bag is made from distressed rhubarb hued leather (cowhide leather) refined into a squared-shape handbag. It features a long detachable and adjustable shoulder strap for cross body or on the shoulder carry. Another option is to use the top handle for hand carry.

But what’s really pretty and distinctive is the interior. From the top we can see that there are two zippers and reveal part of the inside storage.

Certainly this bag is well priced and both practical. It’s also a bag for easy flaunting.
