Chanel Reissue 2.55 Waist Bag

Finally there is a Reissue 2.55 version of the Waist Bag. But it did come a bit late because there are now a lot of types.

The Chanel Reissue 2.55 Waist Bag is first introduced in the Fall Winter 2018 Collection Act 2. And the design is entirely based on the iconic 2.55 Bag.

The Design

This season, the choices for the Reissue 2.55 Waist Bag is very generous. We can choose either the diamond or the chevron quilting. Usually we need to wait for the next season before the chevron is available or vice versa.

Anyways, the detail of Reissue 2.55 Waist Bag is based on the original Reissue 2.55 Bag. For example, both the diamond and chevron quilting are made from aged calfskin. They also feature the signature jewel-like chain for waist or on the shoulder carry. And of course the most beautiful part is the mademoiselle lock built on the front flap.

The Interior

The Waist Bag is smaller than the Flap Bags. It’s even smaller than the 224 Reissue 2.55 Bag, which is the Small Size. The interior is made with one front pocket behind the flap and a main compartment to store belongings.
