We have the famous GST, grand shopping tote and we have the Chanel PST, which is also very famous. Somehow people knows what to pick, I never got a question like: Should I buy the GST or the PST? And that’s not a surprise at all, look at the sizes. The GST is a lot bigger than the PST. But recently Chanel has driven us crazy with their: ‘Petite shopping tote’ is discontinued. What do you mean it’s discontinued? We have people traveling around the world, sourcing the petite shopping tote, but the SA keeps telling: ‘We don’t have stock’ or ‘it’s discontinued’. How can such a gorgeous bag like the PST get discontinued.
After a while, one of our community member spotted the PST in France, and shortly after in Texas. And finally in London and then in Paris too. So what happened? Chanel has temporary stopped the production of the PST to modify it. It’s now returned and prettier than ever. But there’s more, the price has increased too.
The PST is a cute small tote, an alternative if you can’t afford the classic flap bag. It’s practical, chic, specially made to flaunt.
The petite shopping tote is available in silver and gold hardware. It has a unique large CC on the quilted leather. You can get this bag in lambskin, caviar, metallic and patent. The most common pick is the lambskin and caviar. They are available in different colors, we have spotted black, white, red, pink, blue, burgundy, chalk white, beige.

Hi Vivi, the PTT was discontinued a very loooong time ago.
They will temporary bring the PST back (for sure, depending on the collection). They might bring back the GST, but not the PTT.
Hi, is there any updates on the PST? Singapore Ngee Ann City Boutique said they have not been bring in this piece since the start of 2016.
Hi Andrea, yes. Chanel discontinued this bag but then later on make it a seasonal piece. They said it will come back from time to time. But for now, its not re-released yet.
