Mirabillia Romae comes from the sentence Mirabillia Urbis Romae, which basically means Marvels of the City of Rome.

To celebrate the opening of the Valentino flagship in Piazza di Spagna in Rome, the brand created an all-black accessories capsule collection. The creative directors sayd: ‘Through our Valentino Mirabillia Romae project, we wanted to depict through our eyes the beauties of the city of Rome, constant source of inspiration for us’.
