You will see a doses of myth, queens and Game of Thrones in the design of Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo for the Spring Summer 2014 Collection. It seems to be an extensive version of the f/w 2013 collection, where the ad campaigns were inspired by the 17th Century paintings like the Flemish floral Still Life. And here again, Valentino showed sandals in vintage, styles that you will expect to find in the times of Rome, but I have to admit, they are well made and the golden decoration are distinctive. Perhaps it’s time for a change, drop the chic and try these sandals beyond the comfort zone.
