LVMH may be on to something for 2015 – the French conglomerate which consists of stellar names in the industry such as Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Celine, Givenchy, Marc Jacobs and others, is set to release an exciting line of smart watches which still incorporate the luxury house’s vision, while keeping up with the innovations of the existing big leagues (Apple, anyone?).
Under its subsidiary Tag Heuer, these smart watches will be released sometime this October or November of this year. This will seriously cause a huge stir in both the fashion and tech industry, since a merge between these fields is in order.
Apparently, the said watches aren’t just your usual eye candy – the advanced technology used to bring these watches into life are worth every penny. It allegedly has an extended battery life of 40 hours, compared to Apple’s version, which will only last you less than 20 hours. For other features, partnerships with strongholds Google and Intel has put us over the edge. What’s next, you may ask? We are wondering ourselves, too.
