J'Adior Studded Flap Bag

The Lady Dior Bag is not the only bag that has been slightly modified with beautiful studs. The J’Adior Flap Bag has also been adjusted to look more urban-like. This bag was already featured on the Cruise 2018 Ad Campaign and is now available at the boutiques.

The Design

The J’Adior Bag was introduced in 2017 as a part of the Spring Summer 2017 Collection. It’s a refreshing shoulder bag, featuring a new logo on the front. The name J’Adior is a blend of J’Adore and Dior together, which translates to I love Dior. J’Adore is also the name of the popular Christian Dior perfume.

The J’Adior is unique in many ways. First it’s a stunning bag with long metal sliding chains. The chains can be removed and the bag can be transformed into an evening clutch. The design behind the J’Adior logo is a slot handclasp – slide your hand inside and carry the bag as a clutch.

The details of this bag are quite impressive. Take notice at the chain. It’s crafted with the CD logo on each metal piece. Or notice the carefully picked hardware in ‘aged’ silver and gold. For this new season, Dior has embellished the bag with studs, displaying a distinctive motif. Also take a closer look at the background to see the horizontal block prints in light and dark colors.
