The Peekaboo bag is back, it’s better than ever and even prettier. For those that haven’t heard about the Peekaboo, it’s launched in Spring Summer 2009 Collection and became an instant-hit.

Why the bag is called the Peekaboo is still unclear today, but the reason might be because of the shape. You see, the bag opens at the top and falls forward, you can see a part of the interior.

For the Spring Summer 2018 Collection, Fendi re-styled the Peekaboo Bag with the latest design, which is the reversed F logo.

The Design

The basic elements of the Peekaboo remained the same, like the shape and the stunning twist lock. But there are also changes made. For example, the handles is re-designed with round-shaped spring clip, which has two purposes; first to make the bag looks more gorgeous, second to attach this ‘micro bag’ to a larger bag.

Then there is the summer flower stitched on the front. The flower is cut-out in large size, so that the world can see its beauty. And it’s refined with the latest ‘reversed F’ logo in gold hardware. This bag is not only gorgeous and elegant, but also unique. And oh yes, did we told you it’s a seasonal piece?

The Interior

The inside is made with one main compartment. The micro size of this bag is really small and it’s a hybrid between a bag charm and a mini bag.

The micro size is measured 15 x 11.5 x 5.2 (L x H x D) cm, priced at €1390 EUR, £1350 GBP
