There is a Chanel Bag from the Pre-Fall 2020 Bag Collection that should be on your wish list.

The first time I saw the bag, it looked very familiar. So I started searching online for the name, hoping to find a similar bag. Maybe a bag from the previous collection. Then finally it hits me, the shape, the interior, it looks so much like the Chanel Petite Timeless Tote Bag.

Of course there are differences between the vintage Timeless Bag and this new Accordion Bag. But I’m questioning whether it’s inspired by it. The new Accordion Bag looks much more modern, thanks to the sharp colors, the woven chain leather logo. The diamond quilting as well as the woven chain leather strap makes the bag timeless.

The Petite Timeless Bag was discontinued around 2012. It was affordable tote bag, priced at $2750 USD at that time, so it was heart-breaking for many fashion-obsessed that they can’t buy it.

Anyways, the design like shape looks quite similar. The Petite Timeless Bag appears to be much slouchier while this new Accordion Bag looks much more stiffer. Perhaps for the better, as it holds shape.
