CHANEL Boy Classic Quilted Flap Bags
In our previous post we showcased a CHANEL boy bag of Joanne, she found her boy quilted flap bag at Printemps in Paris. Instead of black, she wisely chose the color blue, a new shade from the Cruise 2013 collection.
From all the Chanel boy bags, the classic quilted version is, in our opinion, one of the most coveted and hottest of them all. The CC signature can be found on the front flap, it’s specially crafted to represent the boy edition. The fine and detailed lining and the boyish appearance with the feminine touch, is what distinguish this bag from the rest. It’s literally obsessive.
Large and thick chains appear to be heavy, but they are not. The purpose is to make it look tough and stand-out, sling it around your shoulder to feel the impeccable craftsmanship. It’s totally different than the classic flap bag, much more cooler. Perhaps it’s a bit pricey, but the design is beautifully put together.
The Chanel boy bag will not go out-of-style anytime soon, in fact, they will keep their iconic status. Just like the classic flap bags, the boy editions will also get more expensive each year. In Europe they are usually sold-out, especially the black version. The boy bag will stay on the top as long as Chanel exists.
